This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions between you and Medi-Nest.store (“Medi-Nest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website located at www.medi-nest.store, and any associated Medi-Nest websites, subdomains, networks, and services, including services provided by telephone (collectively, the “Services”) and your purchase of products sold by Medi-Nest (the “Products”), whether through our website or via telephone.
Certain features of the Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules (“Supplemental Terms”). If these Terms conflict with Supplemental Terms, the latter will control for the applicable feature.
You represent and warrant that:
You are at least 13 years old;
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement;
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you have full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
Medi-Nest offers an online (and potentially phone-based) store for health-related products to support better wellness and convenience for families.
Medi-Nest does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All information is for informational purposes only.

You may need to register for an account to access certain services.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
We may terminate your account for misuse or violation of terms.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use our Services only to view and purchase products.
You may not:
Resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the Services;
Use bots, scrapers, or similar tools to extract data;
Use the Services to build a competing product.
Products are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Returns are only accepted if:
Requested within 30 days of purchase;
Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Orders over $1,000 are only returnable at our discretion and incur a 15% restocking fee with return shipping paid by you.

Medi-Nest reserves the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including:
Pricing errors;
Fraud suspicion;
Stock unavailability;
Previous payment disputes.

If Medi-Nest offers auto-delivery:
You agree to automatic renewals unless canceled;
Cancellations can be made via your account or support;
Your card will be charged at each interval unless you cancel.
Prices may change at any time;
You authorize Medi-Nest to charge your payment method;
You are responsible for all taxes and fees;
Promo codes may expire and cannot be resold or reused unlawfully;
Sales are final unless stated otherwise.
All shipments are Ex Works (EXW) Medi-Nest’s warehouse. You assume risk upon shipment.
We use Braintree (a PayPal service) to process payments.
By using our service, you agree to Braintree’s terms and privacy policy.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA).
All claims will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court (unless you opt out).
Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived under this Agreement.
