For orders totaling over $1,000, returns are accepted only at our discretion and must be pre-approved by our support team.
Approved large-order returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds are issued only for eligible items; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
